Beginners:
Please don't forget that beginner does not mean easy. These are movement I consider to be foundational for this style of pole. This is in a rough order and some things do build on others so it helps to do in order, but also feel free to dip in and out. I do recommend you've done most of the beginners syllabus before diving in here.

Most of these tutorials do not need a pole but where they do it will have the word "pole" in the tutorial name.
