There are currently over 70 classes and tutorials for those of you without poles. There is a mixture of flexibility, strength training, floorwork and theory/technique. If there is anything in particular you'd like to request please don't hesitate to ask!
Flexibility
Very few, if any, flexibility classes use a pole and when a pole IS present you can usually use a wall/chair/door frame or otherwise improvise.

Super Shoulders Course
Feel like your shoulders keep getting injured or a bit niggly? Don't know how to engage them or can't get them in to the positions you'd like? This course will assess your shoulder mobility and show you how to improve mobility plus strength. It also explains exactly how your shoulders work in a variety of tricks and what might be holding you back! You'll need an exercise band but nothing else.
